1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Woxandri HomeWorks website or engaging our property improvement services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Woxandri HomeWorks (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and homeowners, apartment owners, property investors, and residential property managers (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") in Bangladesh.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or hire our renovation services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on woxandri.com.

2. Service Scope and Agreements

Woxandri HomeWorks specializes in residential renovation projects, including but not limited to:

• Interior & Exterior Wall Painting
• Floor Replacement and Installation
• Roof Replacement and Roofing Repairs
• Surface Preparation & Finishing
• General Property Maintenance Services

All services are subject to a formal written estimate and contract. The scope of work, material costs, and timeline will be detailed in the project agreement. Any additions or alterations to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms and Pricing

Pricing for home improvement packages and individual services is provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Estimates provided during a free consultation are valid for 30 days. To commence a residential renovation project, a minimum deposit of 40% of the total estimated cost is required.

Progress payments may be required as outlined in the specific project contract. The final balance is due immediately upon practical completion of the works. Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of work or legal action.

4. Liability and Site Access

The Client agrees to provide Woxandri HomeWorks personnel with safe and adequate access to the property during agreed business hours. While our skilled project team takes utmost care to protect your property during painting, flooring, and roofing works, the Company shall not be liable for damage to pre-existing structural flaws or items not properly secured or removed by the Client prior to the start of the project.

Woxandri HomeWorks holds appropriate business insurances, but we recommend that property owners maintain adequate home insurance during extensive residential renovation projects.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by our commitment to quality. Woxandri HomeWorks provides a limited workmanship warranty on completed services for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, covering direct installation defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from severe weather events common in the Dhaka Division, or alterations made by third parties.
